Rotary Regenerative Air Preheaters especially of the Ljungstrom design play a very important role in improving the fuel efficiency of the modern thermal power plants and
furnaces in the process industries. Approximately for every 20 deg C drop in the flue gas temperature in air heaters the fuel efficiency
of the steam generator goes up by about 1%.This results in very high fuel savings. Further there is a considerable reduction in auxiliary
